DC34 uses a 22.2V lithium-ion battery which releases charge evenly, so performance stays strong with no drop off. An LED battery indicator lets you know when it needs recharging, and it recharges up to three times faster than others.

Accessories

The Dyson DC34 handheld comes with a combination accessory tool and crevice tool. The combination accessory tool has a wide debris nozzle to pick up crumbs and large particles and converts to a brush tool for dusting delicate surfaces and computer keyboards. The crevice tool is ideal for cleaning base boards, picture rails and in-between furniture. Like all Dyson vacuum cleaners, DC34 has patented Root Cyclone technology--so it doesn’t lose suction power as you vacuum.

The dual power mode offers running time of either 15 minutes of high constant suction or 6 minutes of MAX power for more difficult tasks. An LED indicator on the battery flashes when there’s less than 1 minute of power left. Clear bin allows you to see when it’s full, and is easily emptied with the push of a button minimizing contact with dirt and allergens.
